Terms of Service

These terms apply when you engage Northern Beaches Plumbing Pro ("we", "us", "our") to provide plumbing services. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be revised if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described. Any changes to scope will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Late payment may incur interest at the rate permitted by Australian law.
Workmanship warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty on labour for 12 months from completion of work. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to installed parts and fixtures. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party alterations.
Cancellations
We ask that scheduled appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency callouts are not subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights and remedies that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that law, our liability for any claim arising from services we provide is limited to the amount paid for those services.
